Mostly retired senior is seeking small quiet home with outdoor space for September 1. My sidekick is a very well trained indoor 8lb dog. We need sunny outdoor space for sitting and a small garden (could be in pots). Neither of us smoke anything and we do not party.
I am very flexible in the location of the accommodation as all I require is access to a decent bus and the ability to walk or bicycle to run the normal errands. My work is done online so internet is a must have. I am open to cottage, laneway, rv tiny home, garden apt etc. I do not want to live in an apartment building as I find them far too loud for work at home. Parking is not required.
