Please read carefully...Seeking a professional individual ( no exceptions) to rent my one bedroom fully furnished & utilities suite for June 1 2019.
What is included? Wifi, hydro, W & D, TV, Apple TV, all furniture EXCEPT there is NO BED included. Its come to my attention people who rent in the past would prefer their own personal mattress. There is a counter stove top and a conventional oven.
I work full time in the medical field. I have a 9 year old friendly dog who I put out in the yard while I am off to work. So its important that you would have to be pet friendly.
The house is located 5 minutes from Thrifty foods, hospital and much more!
