For rent RV site in Qualicum Bay available May, June and July (August is taken). My husband is retiring this May and we have decided to do a cross Canada RV trip. Therefore we will not be using our site this summer. It is in Qualicum Bay at Baywater Estates Resort (formally Avorado Resort) 6050 Island Highway. Site 45 is a very open sunny site across from the as yet finished clubhouse (scheduled to be complete this spring). It will feature bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities. The site is on the forest side of the resort but allows beach access. We have full services (water, sewer, basic cable and Shaw wi-fi open) and 30A service. This is a very desirable location and very close to many attractions such as Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Horne lake (caves), Spider lake park, Coombs, Englishman falls provincial park, Little Qualicum Falls provincial park, Courtney (Costco), Campbell river... and the list goes on. Well behaved pets and children are welcome. Units limited to less than 38' in length (RDN rules). Rent is $550 per month with hydro charged separately (metered...normally less than $30/mth).
