$8900 OBO. Very clean 23 foot class C motorhome. Motor runs very well. Tires in excellent condition. Big fridge, furnace, air conditioning, shower, microwave, coffee maker all work very well. Brand new stove and oven. Lines, hoses, propane, regulators, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector all checked over by Arbutus RV a year ago. Mattresses clean and in good condition. New 4 inch foam on couch that makes into bed. Almost all lights converted to LED's. Needs new water heater - which is easily ordered and installed. Cost for that will be approx. $700 at Arbutus RV
