My 3 daughters and I are looking to rent for OCT. 1st 2018, a PET FRIENDLY 3-4 bedroom House or side by side townhouse in the DUNCAN or LAKE COWICHAN area.
The perfect home for us must have 1.5 - 2 bathrooms and no less than 3 bedrooms.
Due to circumstances in the past we don't feel comfortable living above or below someone else.
In the last 14.5 years we have lived in 2 different houses. One for 10 years and the current house for 4.5 years.
We have 3 very well behaved cats that are all fixed and on flea meds.
We DO NOT party and are quiet people who like to keep to ourselves.
We moved from our first place after 10 years due to the house falling apart. We are wanting to move now to a permanent or long term home due to our current home is too small.
I do have references.
Our rent is always early and always paid. I have the rent sent directly to the landlord as I am on provincial disability.
My daughters and I love to plant flowers etc and we keep a clean house.
My daughters are 20, 17 and 15.
