The owners live on the same property and not in the house very much at all. The washer and dryer would be shared, and the second bedroom used on occasion. The house is furnished, and the bedroom can be furnished if you need it to be. Includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. wood floors throughout. It is about five minutes drive outside of Chemainus.
